Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation, including diamond certificates.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item for authenticity and condition before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
